A new little something to call my own

I peeled the sticker slowly away, slipped up the cardboard flap and lo and behold - a fascinating technology that's existed for many a year.

A shiny new keyboard upon which I am typing. *sigh* beauty in the form of an MMI. hooray.

*sigh again*

I should probably start playing my spore game.

Or cleaning my desk. That might work too.

I hope we don't take too long on the range tomorrow. It'd be nice if it was mostly an in-and-out operation, but I'm thinking it will be a sixteen hour plus thing. From our formation at 0400h until probably 8pm. We'll see.

I hope it's all said and done in less than twelve.

This was what I wrote to test out my keyboard. Its just a little something I had to buy after my silicone keyboard got to be a little old and annoying. It just doesn't beat a standard, classic full-size one.

I hope this note provides a refreshing offset from all of my other emotional blog entries. Almost every time I feel like my life is about to end or whenever I'm on top of the world, this is the place I come to. Right now I don't feel like I'm on top of the world, but here's where I ended up regardless. I've had an okay past two days. Very refreshing, even though I've been a bit depressed. I really need to work on getting into the groove of being a controller. It really will behoof me in the long run.

We'll see after a few more shifts...
